Abstract

In this case, students are introduced to the Business Development Committee of Membertou Corporate Division, which has been tasked with deciding whether they should move forward with the construction of a modern sport and wellness facility in the community. With a number of considerations identified through community consultations, feasibility studies, and facility research, the committee must determine how it should proceed.
