Abstract

A review of communication pedagogical practices in Canada shows that graduate level instruction focuses on mass communication; undergraduate courses in speech communication are typically cross listed with other disciplines, and the University College of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, has a strong undergraduate program and a unique basic course experiential learning lab.
