Abstract
In this case, students are introduced to a convenience store and gas bar located in Pictou Landing First Nation. It primarily serves the local community, which has an on-reserve population of 459, and is located 16km from New Glasgow, which has a population of 9,562. Students are asked to consider how Victoria Corner Market could attract more customers from the surrounding area to their establishment in Pictou Landing, while maintaining their core clientele from the reserve.
